You might also get some messages from Windows as it installs any necessary files for the language. You should now see it as an installed language. Pick the language and then click on the Add button at the bottom. Here you get a nice preview of a few characters for each language.
Windows 8 and 10 have a much better interface for browsing the languages as compared to Windows 7 and earlier.
